The Beachcomber has been run by us, the Barry family since 1989 and we are open 364 days a year. Located on Barton clifftop, we are surrounded by stunning views of The Solent and Needles.
We have a traditional log burning fire and a large garden which is perfect for taking in the views in the sunshine.
Well behaved dogs are welcome.
We ask that all customers follow social distancing guidelines as set out by the government and ourselves
Anyone unwell should not enter the premises
Outdoor gatherings should only be occurring with a maximum of six people or two households
We will have a maximum number of customers so that social distancing guidelines can be adhered to
Hand sanitizing points available
Every customer (aged over 16) will be required to give their contact details of name and contact number for the NHS Track and Trace or customers should scan the QR code on the posters on display
(This information will be stored securely for the required period of 21 days)
Customers will be shown to a table, where table service will be provided with menus being disposable
Customers accompanied by children are responsible at all times for supervising them and should follow social distancing guidelines
Failure to observe safety measures will result in service not being provided
Tables and benches will be cleared and cleaned after customer use
Our toilets are open to use but customers must wear a face covering when entering the premises and in the toilets, for which we are operating a 'one in, one out' system
No reservations are made for the garden tables
We ask for your patience during these difficult times as we want to keep all of our customers and staff safe
